there is severe flooding in on State Street due to clogged storm lines.

This flooding has occurred for year.
the flooding makes it difficult to cross the street. Also you have to walkthrough water to get on the bus.
It is rumored that this ticket had been marked as an emergency by the city of New Haven and is put into the city's system to be fixed.
All the storm drains were cleared today and Yesterday. This is a tremendous improvement for State Street. Thanks DPW.

There must be a clog in the line.
The McVac guys came again but this did not solve the problem two years ago.

Sharp, unincorporated curb over storm drain is protruding enough to pop a tire when parking on the street in front of the drain.
