Please post a NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER SIGN on the streetlight post on the lakeside of 3rd Street West at the corner of 8th Ave, by the Dead End side of 8th Ave, where there are EIGHT Apartments at the end of that Dead End 8th Ave. street....Sometimes people park so CLOSE to that coner, that cars coming out of the Dead End 8th Ave cannot see traffic on the roght side of 3rd Street, and in the winter, sometimes parked cars nearly block the Dead End Street...I have called the Police several times in the past years about this.....Please, Please install a NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER SIGN on the street light post or even further down, preventing cars from blocking this Dead End Street view, etc. Thanks!!!!!

Intersection of E9thSt and N11thAveE has 4way stop signs.
Intersection of E9thSt and M12thAveE needs the same 4way protection.
Sightlines at this intersection are horrid.
Cars are also parking too close to the intersection, blocking more sightlines and the bus stops.
E9thSt also needs speed signage. No indication betweenE9th & 6AveE to Woodland&Kent as to the legal speed on this major roadway.

I have lived on this corner two years. I have seen at least two pedestrians hit and multiple accidents including another today. People on 4th Street do not stop. We need another solution.

This is an ever growing HOLE in my street next to my house. This is on the corner of Parkland Ave and Eden Ln. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old daughter. My neighborhood is full of small children who could fall in. This said corner is also where my daughter gets on the bus. The one on the other end of Eden is just as bad. The fix: put signs up???
East 9th St And 10th Avenue Duluth, Minnesota
No one stops at the stops signs at this location. Very hard to use the crosswalk for kids going to school. We need flashing light stops signs like UMD has for there students. This is a very huge problem, a child will be injured or killed if this is not dealt with. Awful 4 way stop to use.

Lane direction identification-
Missing signs and arrows painted on blacktop.
Left lane: Left turn and straight.
Center lane: Straight ONLY.
Right lane: Right turn ONLY.
Drivers in left lane from freeway exit going straight, or drivers from Michigan St. headed for freeway on-ramp get cut off or nearly hit by drivers in center lane headed for on-ramp when crossing over in middle of intersection and display road rage thinking driver in left lane wrong for going straight.
Drivers in right lane going straight cut off drivers in center lane going straight.
100 E. 9th St. Duluth, MN
There are no stop signs at the top of 1st Ave. E. and 9th St. 1st Ave. E. ends at 9th st. This means that traffic coming up 1st Ave. E. doesn't have to stop before turning left or right onto 9th st., and with the snowbanks it makes it difficult to avoid traffic coming off Mesaba Ave (also no stop signs). It's slightly better when there is no snow, but with our high snowbanks, it's pretty scary.
