There is a significant amount of blight on this property. The paint is peeling off the building and there are several campers, boats and broken down vehicles parked in the backyard and front yard.
The property is an eyesore

We recently moved in and we keep getting disturbed by very loud African American neighbors - especially on Friday nights, they have music on in a car after 10 PM for a long time. It is that loud that the walls of our house are shaking, although we are quite far from them. We see police cars visiting them often. The house is very close to Nolensville Pike, on the right side of the street when coming from Nolensville Pike, I guess it is the 2nd house on the right.

There is a school zone from 7:30 to 8:30 AM in front of Genesis Academy on Allied Drive. There is a school zone sign posted but no flashing lights or guard to enforce the speed. I travel this road every morning to work and almost no one observes the 15 mph speed during this time. This poses a safety hazard to those who attend this school
Harding Place Nashville, Tennessee
I think the traffic lights at 65 S entering Harding Place, Harding Place and Sidco and Harding Place at Trousdale ARE OFF. I've noticed an abundance of traffic exiting 65S onto Harding Place backing up onto the interstate. This has been going on since August. I've made this drive for 9 years in the evenings at 4:45 and have never experienced a back up like this.

Music City Raceway is getting out of control. When I first moved up there, 27 years ago, knowing the track is noisy, it was only on Saturday nights. I realize the track has changed hands so all agreements are off. This past week the track ran Monday, Tuesday (Motorcycle race) Friday and Saturday nights and sometimes on Sundays. When the Jet cars run, you have to leave the hill. The issue is, our quality of life up here is really compromised since none of us around the neighborhood can be outside, work in our yards, have company over to our house except Wednesday and Thursdays during the week. Since this is a money making situation, common sense would say, the track should build a sound barrier similar to what is around the interstate. We know the track is going to run, they have more money than we do. You can hear the track more than 10 miles away and they run sometimes up to 1:00 in the morning. Next door neighbor has a 6 month old and I know, they get no rest with that baby. Just some kind of wall or sound barrier to help deflect the noise. I'm sure they don't want us to make them put mufflers on their race cars like the fairgrounds track had to. Just be fair about the situation, and we don't constantly want to hear the loudspeakers, tires squealing, engines roaring and the ever fragrant smell of tires burning, and blue fog hovering. Keep it all over there on them.
801 Billingsgate Court ANTIOCH, Tennessee
If there is even a very thin sheet of ice on the curve of Billingsgate Drive, cars are skidding off and into our yard almost hitting our house. We live on a corner lot right at the curve. People drive way too fast and there are usually 4 to 5 cars tearing up our yard and trees. It is very dangerous. People when getting out of their cars in our yard have almost been hit by other cars sliding off the road.
We reported this situation to the city last year. They came out and evaluated our property and deemed it not qualifying for a guard rail. They put up two yellow caution signs at the corner of our lot. I guess it takes someone crashing into your house and possibly injuring or killing some one to make it eligible for a guard rail.
Anyway, last week we had 5 cars in our yard, taking the yellow caution signs down with them. Can't wait for the weather to get bad. Should be interesting. Maybe after something bad happens, we can sue the city!
