Enforce speed limit, change speed limit to 15 MPH or install "No Air Brakes for Commercial Vehicles" signage. Industrial traffic speeds down Elm Street every night towards Conshohocken Road. This causes houses to shake and air brakes to go off when there is a red light. The speeding also causes asphalt damage when heavy trucks are coming to a stop.
Speeding with all vehicles is always a problem, yet I have never seen anyone pulled over (except by Plymouth PD for traffic from Conshohocken Road), even though I have lived on this block my entire life.
