Dogs barking at all hours of the day Open

East Elm Street Conshohocken, PA - Conshohocken

In multiple homes on this street the residents allow their dogs to be outside and barking at all hours of the day and night. This must be stopped. Have some respect.

  I moved to this block 6 months ago and it is unbearable. I am already looking to move out. The last thing you want to hear after a long day at work is dogs barking non-stop. Are there no noise ordinances in conshohocken?
