Never miss a Malden trash/recycling/yard waste pickup again!
Visit www.cityofmalden.org/trash to begin using the new app.
The City of Malden recently partnered with ReCollect, a leading technology company that specializes in solid waste and recycling management to bring residents convenient text/email/phone reminders about their trash and recycling collection days and special collection events such as yard waste and Christmas Tree pickup.
The tool will also provide reminders about semi-annual paint and hazardous waste drop-off days. Residents will also be notified about any delays in collection due to inclement weather or a holiday.Also available on the website will be something known as the “Waste Wizard” which will allow users to search for items to learn how to dispose of them properly.
