36 Crooke Ave Brooklyn, NY 11226, USA
For the past 2 years I have complained to the 70th precint and 411 about two female individuals who are not residents of 36 Crooke Avenue btwn St. Paul Pl and Parade Pl (large white exterior) chaining stolen shopping carts to the building. Initially it was just two carts and now there are five. This lowers the property value of owners apartments. Please have them removed.

E17th Street And Cortelyou Road Brooklyn, NY
In the past two days, two cars between Cortelyou Road and Dorchester Road on E.18th and E.17th had windows smashed with nothing stolen from the cars. In another related or unrelated incident, a car was stolen on E.17th between Cortelyou Road and Dorchester Road. We need more beat cops in this neighborhood walking on the residential streets, as children are starting to feel unsafe looking at broken glass and connecting the dots.

There is a woman who illegaly resides at 36 Crooke Avenue an is steailng shopping carts and chaining them to buidlings. I've contacted the building manager who stated, "She does not listen to me or police when asked to remove the carts from the building." The community is requesting the police ensure that this woman removes the chained shopping carts and does not chain anymore. She should be charged for theft.

Gangs of young boys are stealing bags from sidelines of games, and while players are practicing at the Parade Grounds. This afternoon, 4 parents caught and held a young boy after he attempted to run off with a backpack that he had just stolen and they had to wait over 15 mins for the police to arrive. It's happening more and more often and there really should be more police presence there - especially after school / early evening hours when teams are playing and practicing. This is becoming a huge problem at the Parade Grounds and I hope you can address it. Thank you.
