the largest, o;dest tree on street. lifting up sidewalk dangerously. causing trip hazard
a person engaged in the normal degree of attentiveness associated with walking down the street, or a person engaged in a distraction, for example , running from a source of a threat of harm, or to report an emergency situation or a child not knowledgeable of the danger of a compromised sidewalk surface, on his or her bicycle. scooter , pogo stick, or other recreational device, might fall injuriously by tripping on this crack. If you are considering my recommendation in your planning, I would not object to removing the tree which is causing this increasingly dangerous condition. .. At some time in the future, It would be nice to have a new tree there. .
LOL, as a 70 year old person my self, I am wary of the words "take out the oldest"... but I am not a trip hazzard, so I say " go for it". who knows , might accidentally trip on it!. as I carry home my groceries. groceries.
