15th st is a great place for dumping. Every week, trash day or not, there's mattresses and clothing strewn all over the sidewalk. Don't need it? Throw it on the sidewalk. This photo is called New Shoes, Old Shoes

West-bound cars making right turns consistently cut off cyclists (often jumping a portion of the sidewalk as well) attempting to do the same in order to make a quicker turn.

The rats are particularly large and numerous even in the early evening hours in and around the square. They are very bold and even with numerous people and dogs around they are sauntering and cavorting right around people's feet!! There are always rats in the park at night but it is noticeably bad lately - also there are huge rat burrows dug all over around the edges of the park, sometimes a huge pile of dirt on the sidewalk next to a new burrow in the morning.

City regulations specify that any construction which impedes the public right of way (sidewalk) provide a protected walkway for pedestrians.
It is the duty of public departments to enforce the rules and regulations that they create.
What department(s) and personnel should this issue be addressed to?

Since the first snow storm this park has never been clear. We senior citizens are unable to go out and do our exercises or walk our animals because the ice conditions and of fear of breaking a bone. Please at least salt and make a path so we can walk. It is very unfare to us to be locked at home for so long due to the city irresponsability. Thanks for your prompt attention.

A softball-sized piece of the Wellington's concrete facade fell onto the sidewalk this evening, just missing several pedestrians. This occurred right on on the Southwest corner of the building, 19th and Walnut.
