The tree is grown to the point that it over hangs my room (damaged roof in the past as well as the siding) and hangs over my vehicles. The berries have ruined the paint on one of my vehicles already and is causing paint issues with my new vehicle already. the berries get imbedded on the bottom of your shoes and have ruined the carpeting on my main floor as well. I would like to remove the tree and replace it with a less aggressive tree in the spring. this treee is a danger to pedestrians and cars because the branches are long, and hang over the side walk and with heavy winds and rain i never know when they will come crashing down. the neighboring tree is the same type and has grown into my tree as well.

This roadside walkway is impaired by uneven pavement at the bridge crossing a creek (Rocky Run, I think), just west of the off ramp of I-66wb. It's practically a step up or like grade separation and it's a huge tripping hazard for pedestrians and a crash/fall/damage hazard to bicyclists. This segment of the roadside paved trail is adjacent to the highway with no median, so this obstacle could be fatal to anyone who falls into the path of a car. And at dark, the obstacle is practically invisible. The west end of the bridge (not pictured nor geotagged here) is bad but not as bad as the east end.
