This roadside walkway is impaired by uneven pavement at the bridge crossing a creek (Rocky Run, I think), just west of the off ramp of I-66wb. It's practically a step up or like grade separation and it's a huge tripping hazard for pedestrians and a crash/fall/damage hazard to bicyclists. This segment of the roadside paved trail is adjacent to the highway with no median, so this obstacle could be fatal to anyone who falls into the path of a car. And at dark, the obstacle is practically invisible. The west end of the bridge (not pictured nor geotagged here) is bad but not as bad as the east end.
