There is constantly dirt, mud , rocks coming from the unpaved driveway of this "house." The debris can be 2 feet wide at times on the street, and it runs into the sewer drain. The sidewalk doesn't continue over this unpaved driveway or other side of the street making using assisted hoveraround impossible.
