A three way stop needs to be created in front of wal-mart and Front Runner footwear as it is almost impossible to turn left or right when hitting that stop sign heading north past Tim horton's, Arby's, Urban Planet, & Circuit City due to the high levels of traffic heading eastbound and westbound in front of Wal-mart and front runner footwear!

I inhaled more second hand smoke last night than I ever did! There should be a designated area for smokers so they can share there smoke with each other. Other than my family and I which are smoke free. I'm a long term resident of PA and was embarrassed at how the grounds looked yesterday with garbage ALL over the place. There should have been more garbages can available, (they were hard to find). Or at least hire a few people going around cleaning the grounds through out the day. To take pride in our PA!
15th St W Between 2nd Ave W And 20th Ave W Prince Albert, SK
I travel 15th St W just about everyday...signs posted on the street lights about it being a snow route. Yet I see other streets in this city that have been ploughed before this one. The area between 2nd Ave W and 6th Ave W is down to one lane pretty much as the northern most and southern most lanes are horribly snowpacked and rutted, and it is very very icy as well. Can we please get this looked after?

Every day when I drive by the Tim Hortons on 2nd Ave there are a number of cars parked in the turning lane. There is clearly a sign posted say 'do not park on 2nd Ave'. I have see accidents and many almost accidents, when do we make people accountable.
Central Avenue Prince Albert, SK
I have recently noticed that the speeds in which people have been travelling on Central Avenue seem to be escalating. While I am doing 50 which is the posted limit those who were at the stop sign ahead of me take off like a rocket. I would hope that police start following through with Traffic Enforcement instead of letting the crazy drivers own the roads.

Ok, so everyone's vehicle comes with turning signal lights...these orange lights whose purpose it is to INDICATE YOUR INTENTION to turn.
People in this city, for some reason, do not use these signals...which are to be used to communicate your INTENTION TO TURN. I generally see them used in one of three ways:
1) Sitting in the turning lane, waiting on the arrow, their turn signal will come on... this is pointless, we already know you're going to be turning. Use your signal about half a block back to INDICATE YOUR INTENTION to turn.
2) As the vehicle begins their journey THROUGH the intersection and is halfway turned, the signal light comes on, what purpose does this serve? We know you're turning...use your signal half a block back BEFORE you begin your turn!!
3) Not at all...this is brilliant... no signal, and therefore nobody around knows what you're doing...cutting people off in lane changes.
This behaviour is dangerous, irresponsible and illegal. Get with it.

OK, here we go. I live rural of prince albert by.. oh, 10 minutes. Today at least 15 sleds drove by my house, On my neighbors POSTED property. My boyfriend and brother took a drive to see where they went, and sure enough, On our slough. Our property is posted ALL around with no hunting/tresspassing signs. Another neighbor was also complaining about these guys driving around on their posted land. Just because there is no fence or a section of a fence is down DOES NOT IN ANY WAY mean you can still go on it without permission, especially if it is posted! For anyone who goes out skidoo-ing out of town, If I see you on ANY of my neighbors posted property without permission, I will call the RCMP. There are people out here with livestock, If you scare them they could slip on ice, break a leg, neck, Trample babies, Or if pregnant cause them to miscarry. Some of these people depend on their livestock to get by. HAVE SOME RESPECT! We dont come into town and burn donuts and run all over on your lawn, What makes you think you can go on our property that way!!!

Looking at some of the comments on this board, one can't help but think that the obvious solution to many of the city's problems could be solved by introducing a parking permit system similar to what they have in Vancouver, with some of the proposed new legislation elsewhere in Canada.
1.) If you want the privilege of parking your vehicle(s) on the street as opposed to in your garage/driveway/alley parking- then you should pay for a permit.
2.) If your garage/driveway/alley parking is too full of junk/trailers/boars/motorhomes/trash so that you need to use the street parking, your permit fees should be double. Most properties have more than enough parking if they only clean up, clean house. Besides, a garage full of junk is surely a health/fire hazard as are alley parking areas full of garbage.
3.) Designated visitor parking spaces should be allocated for visitors' vehicles. If a permit holder parks in one of these- fine them.
4.) If you don't have enough garage/ driveway/alley parking for all your vehicles, then you probably should get rid of some or clean up or store them somewhere.
Perhaps the City can use these funds to increase the snow removal work-force?
