Trash all over the sidewalk on both sides of the street, 28th to 29th Streets! This includes open and torn trash bags and discarded tires. Please get this cleaned up!

Trash bags, Trashcans & Litter STILL outside Hair Salon 24/7 Open

29th & Poplar Philadelphia, PA - Brewerytown

This issue has not been resolved as there are reeking garbage bags and cans STILL outside the hair salon at 29th & Poplar all day every day. Litter, including hair-weave, food & food containers, all over sidewalk. Owners have literally changed address on building to read "891 Poplar" instead of "891 N. 29th" which confuses city agencies who refuse to address problem.

2nd request. Overgrown city lot with abandon house and weeds and vines. Emergency hazzard for family due to overgrowth on tax payers property. Electric & Cable can't go in back of our homes for services due to this "jungle". The city of Philadelphia need to clean up their property too!!! The house been abandon for over 35-40 yrs. It looks like a little fairmount park back there....come see for yourself.

city trash truck parked and idling on the side of Non Stop Deli, while driver ate and read newspaper for over half an hour. These trucks are extremely loud. Does a no idling sign need to be posted? have to request one?
