CITIZEN STATING THAT THERE IS CARPET, MATTRESSES AND A CHAIR THAT WAS LEFT IN A ALLEY BETWEEN ROGERS AND MECHANICSVILLE THAT WAS NOT PICKED UP WITH THE REFUSE AND NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.
