Holcomb Street is a busy street with lots of traffic using the street to cross Keney Park as well as traffic entering the Oak Hill Campus. The street is a two-lane road with a massive hill. Is there any way to calm traffic going up the hill, especially considering the intersection with Ridgefield Street. There have been a few accidents because of speed. Would a traffic light or traffic calming (speed bumps, speed tables etc.) work here?
