There is a large sinking / patched cut here. I'm not sure if it qualifies as a pot hole cuz its just too large. I would call it more like a reverse speed bump.
It looks like this was caused by some sort of utility cut in the asphalt.

This who block between Whitney Ave and Orange street really needs to be done over. Driving through there is like riding in bumper cars, and there is no way you can help but hit a pothole cause when you go around one you land in another. It really needs to be fixed.

Some homeowners have lobbied the city to construct a rotary ( too little space, speed bumps or a raised structure to impede ( they say "slow down" ) the traffic here. With the snow having a similar effect, traffic on Edwards st has been a nightmare, and altercations are becoming common. Luckily, however, there are still no accidents reported. The city can use the allocated $200,000-$300,000 on some more useful project.

Cars speed excessively down Edwards Street, particularly the stretch between Orange and State Street. I was almost hit pulling out of my driveway the other day! A speed bump would help resolve the issue.
