Trace not responding - install new reading unit for 93 Pinewood Ave., Albany 12208. I called the water department (the phone was not answered) and emailed about this two weeks ago (have not received an e-mail or call in response). I received a notice at home. I'm hoping this might receive a response. Thanks!
Grove Avenue Albany, New York
There was some sort of water main break on our street last week that left the street covered in a thick layer of dirt. Now that it has rained, we're dealing with an inch or more of very slippery mud. There have been multiple possible days for street cleaning but nothing has been done.
540 Hamilton St Albany, New York
There is a consistent puddle on the street in front of this house (hasn't rained since Friday), and the dip in the street seems to be getting deeper. The puddle is in line with a water valve near the sidewalk. We are concerned there may be a broken pipe.

It looks like something terrible happened to a neighbor's water pipes. Large amounts of water has been leaking into the catch basin for weeks now.
It looks like the Albany City Water Dept has come by because there is a large pile of stones plus cones and tape.
We would like to know what's going on and when it will be fixed.

What looks like a water main break. Sidewalk is flooded and there's a lot of water along the curb. Flowing water is visible along the curb.

Very large accumulation of water. Seems to be a recurring issue.

Storm drain on even side of street does not drain.

A Mr. Vince Semplinski at 196 3rd St. in Albany says that he thinks that a damaged fire hydrant (he says it's been hit by cars and is bent over) in front of his house has lowered the water pressure into his house. And he'd like it checked out or fixed.

Basement flooding and pump isn't working efficiently causing mold problems, sewage pipe has a tree root in it causing sewage to back up. Inside stairs are unstable. Windows on 2nd floor are unsafe.
