Thank you for taking the time to send an e-mail. I have spoken with our landscape contractor, who was out on the South side of Stargell last week working on the clean-up. They will be out again this week and there should be a significant improvement within the next couple of weeks. They will also be working on Webster Street.

Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention. The illegal dumping issue is one that I'm still working on as this is on-going and I need to find out who owns this property.

Dear Mr. Keith Hernandez,

Thank you for taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention. Public Works Maintenance Department hired contractors to clean up the site last year, remove the waste and debris, and repair the gates. We have our staff routinely monitor the area for dumped debris and abandoned furniture. The last visual inspection was done on 3/20/12. Currently there are no plans to remove the fence and install a new one at this site, however, if we notice that there is a breech, we will have it repaired. Upon inspection today, there were no new breeches noted.
